We reuse ♻️ Packagings
-We reuse ♻️ clean packagings we have collected to mail our orders to you. Do let us know if you have concerns in reusing packagings for your orders via email.
Do you have a drop off point so I can donate used Packagings?
-No, we do not have any.
Where are these reused ♻️ Packagings come from?
-They are either from my own collections and from the Zerowaste packaging initiative group members which we are a part of.
Reusable facial rounds :
100% cotton flannel Facial Pads, cloth napkins, kitchen towels:
-They are made of 100% cotton flannelette serged/ overlocked edges with polyester threads for durability. Absorbent after washes and easy to dry. machine washable, recommend to put in wash nets to wash with gently detergent. Please PRE-wash before use for best results.
What are the sizes?
-The reusable facial rounds are in 3” squares, the kitchen towels are 10” squares.
What is the difference between Flannels and flannelette?
-Flannelettes are usually made from cotton and brushed to create a softer look and feel whereas Flannels can be referred to a wool based material or wool/cotton blend material.
Wash care for all :
Machine washable, cold wash, gentle wash, separate colours when washing.
If possible hand wash is recommended to prolong the life of products.

Workshops :
-Do note that we are NOT able to refund your booked slots with us. However it is transferrable. Please make sure that you are able to attend the workshops before signing up with us. In any circumstances, we (Puffylamb) has the right to cancel the workshop within 24 hours notice. In the event of cancellation, we will fully refund to fully paid participants within 05 working days.

BAGS:
Bento bags (Batik Prints )
-Hand wash is recommended in case of excess colours / dyes in fabric. After few washes, you can machine wash with cold water.
-Produce bags are made of unbleached 100% Cotton with jute string.
Canvas Zipper pouches / bags
-Clean with damp cloth. If washing is needed, gently hand wash in cold water, hang dry only.
